2024 was a year to remember.
With your help, we launched new user-friendly features, expanded to new chains, made our first and second acquisitions, and topped the App Store charts (twice). But that’s not all.
We also set record numbers across the board—from downloads to usage.
As 2024 comes to a close, let’s take one final look back at all we accomplished—together.

We made our first acquisition (and our second)
In May, we acquired Bitski to make onboarding easier for users and apps. Then, we made our second in November, acquiring Blowfish to supercharge wallet security.
We expanded to new blockchains
After going multichain in 2023, we doubled down on our vision of a multichain future by expanding to Bitcoin and Base.
And we’re not done. We already announced our plans to expand to Sui and Monad in 2025.
We climbed the App Store charts (twice)
In the spring, coming off of Airdrop April, we shot up the App Store and Google Play Store charts.
Then, we did it again in the fall as the meta shifted to TikTok and a new segment of users rushed in to download Phantom and buy memecoins such as Chillguy.
By the numbers
In 2024, we became to go-to crypto wallet with 10 million monthly active users (MAUs) and more than 850 million total transactions, which rounds out to 27 transactions per second.
Swaps
With interest in memecoins at an all-time high, users relied on Phantom to swap in and out of more than 788,000 tokens for a total of 120 million total swaps. As for bridging, users swapped more than $613 million across chains, of which $421.6 million was bridged to Solana.
